The electronic side of the fight scene.


This was a big moment for me to take a riff I had been keeping in my back pocket and finally use it. This piece is completely rife with it, it’s literally the whole thing.

I was originally going to use ONLY synths, but I was too tied to the sound of this riff through a guitar. So, I thought, an electric guitar literally has the word electric in its name, so it counts.

My main method of work on this piece was to take this theme, and play with it, throw it around a bunch and put it in different instruments. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the riff, its hard to get it working in a chord progression, so there was a middle section built specifically for the purpose of taking a break from the sameness.
